OPINION ESSAY

THE TV


Nowadays, there are a lot of channels in the TV than in the past and this affects in our lifestyle and culture. If you watch too much television, you will move less and also you will have more or less problems depends on the channels that you watch. There are two types of channels, the channel that gives you interesting information and the channel that only entertains you.


First of all, as I see it, most people watch TV every day and about 3 hours minimum. As a result, they don't move a lot because they are on the sofa all the time. I think people should watch TV less time per day and they ought to do more exercise or other activities more active than only watch series, programmes or films.

Secondly, from my point of view, in the TV there are a lot of uneducated channels and they don't give you interesting information for your life. As a consequence, people have less knowledge and they don't know general culture. In my opinion, all the people should watch more documentaries to know more things in general. 

In conclusion, TV is good if you watch it only 1 or 2 hours per day and if you watch documentaries and interesting films. I believe that all is good if we don't abuse them.
