Sedentariness vs. modern lifestyle
Nowadays, society is more inactive than in the past and this affects the customs, therefore, people's health. During the past years, the sedentary lifestyle has caused diseases like overweight, obesity and cardiovascular problems. In my opinion, work schedules, stress and new technologies difficult the good nutrition and regular physical activity.
First of all, as I see it, most people go everywhere by car or public transport and then they are sitting at work or at school. As a result, they don't get enough exercise. Therefore, I think people should go by bike or on foot everywhere and when they are at home, they ought to do exercise like dancing, aerobics, treadmill...
Secondly, from my point of view, in the big cities most of children can't go out alone to play outside in the streets because this is dangerous. Many teenagers are at home playing videogames, watching TV or on the computer. As a consequence, they don't move and this affects their health and mood. In my opinion, they should go outside to play with friends, gyms should discounts and the schools or jobs ought to do meetings about how to be more active and healthier.
In conclusion, the modern lifestyle has caused serious problems in society. We can't continue like now, we have to change the sedentariness. If we don't change, I believe that our health will be worse and there will be too much obesity and overweight.
