A PLACE I ENJOY

MY BATHROOM


The place I enjoy most is my house's bathroom. I know that is a strange place but I always can feel calm there. It's my place to relax.


My bathroom is a bit small but cozy and it's very clean. It's modern, spacious and private. There I don't have cold and I can have a good shower. The bath is big and comfortable. I love the hot water in my body, that is the best moment of the day because I delete all bad things that I lived. 
There, I can talk with me in front of  the enormous mirror without anyone disturbs me. I reflect on what I think and what I live. There is nothing better than not be nervous and in the bathroom I get it. 

Finally, I only can say that our best place define our personality so I'm very nervous and I need a lot of time to be alone and relax because if I don't do that I feel very bad. In general, bathroom isn't a perfect place to describe but it's my place.



OPINION ESSAY

THE TV


Nowadays, there are a lot of channels in the TV than in the past and this affects in our lifestyle and culture. If you watch too much television, you will move less and also you will have more or less problems depends on the channels that you watch. There are two types of channels, the channel that gives you interesting information and the channel that only entertains you.


First of all, as I see it, most people watch TV every day and about 3 hours minimum. As a result, they don't move a lot because they are on the sofa all the time. I think people should watch TV less time per day and they ought to do more exercise or other activities more active than only watch series, programmes or films.

Secondly, from my point of view, in the TV there are a lot of uneducated channels and they don't give you interesting information for your life. As a consequence, people have less knowledge and they don't know general culture. In my opinion, all the people should watch more documentaries to know more things in general. 

In conclusion, TV is good if you watch it only 1 or 2 hours per day and if you watch documentaries and interesting films. I believe that all is good if we don't abuse them.

OPINION ESSAY

Sedentariness vs. modern lifestyle

Nowadays, society is more inactive than in the past and this affects the customs, therefore, people's health. During the past years, the sedentary lifestyle has caused diseases like overweight, obesity and cardiovascular problems. In my opinion, work schedules, stress and new technologies difficult the good nutrition and regular physical activity.

First of all, as I see it, most people go everywhere by car or public transport and then they are sitting at work or at school. As a result, they don't get enough exercise. Therefore, I think people should go by bike or on foot everywhere and when they are at home, they ought to do exercise like dancing, aerobics, treadmill...

Secondly, from my point of view, in the big cities most of children can't go out alone to play outside in the streets because this is dangerous. Many teenagers are at home playing videogames, watching TV or on the computer. As a consequence, they don't move and this affects their health and mood. In my opinion, they should go outside to play with friends, gyms should discounts and the schools or jobs ought to do meetings about how to be more active and healthier.

In conclusion, the modern lifestyle has caused serious problems in society. We can't continue like now, we have to change the sedentariness. If we don't change, I believe that our health will be worse and there will be too much obesity and overweight.
