Violent Tv makes people violent

Nowadays, there is an exceptional amount of violence on TV. We can find violent situations in cartoons, movies, series, news, video games and in a lot of other programmes. I'm against violence on TV because I want a pacific world.

On the one hand, violence makes you see the reality and be able to distinguish between what is good and what is bad. This would make the children learn that such acts they shouldn't do because are bad for other people and for themselves.

On the other hand, when you see violence you can feel that you want to hit or kill someone because you have seen it. If you never see violence, you wouldn't know that you can do it. Parents have to control what their children watch on TV or in video games and punish them when they have violence. They have to know that they can't do that.

In conclusion, violence on television encourages people to be violent and we should end it. We have to build a better world for all.

Course assessment

I finished the course and the truth is that I haven't learned so much. I have studied what I had studied last year in fourth of ESO. I think we should do more theory of grammar, vocabulary, improve the organization and practice more exercises that will be appear in SELECTIVITAT.

However, I have improved my speakings because we did too many and I have less nervous when I had to talk in English in front of the class. Something good is that in the exams appears all what we do in the complete course and it's better for know all we can about English.

How I met my bestfriend

I met my best friend Katy at secondary school when we were in third of ESO. We started talking because we had some friends in common. We got on so well with each other and we told to the other all our secrets. We talked every day and we met every weekend. I felt very happy because I had found my best friend.
Then we had some problems but we solved them because we didn't want to leave friendship.

Nowadays, we keep talking but sometimes we're angry for silly things. We should control ourselves. Although we usually argue, I need her because she understands me when nobody else can do it. When we're together we laugh about everything.

I don't want to live without her! I hope that we will be friends for a long time and we don't forget all the moments that we lived and we live.

Being a mother is great?

Nowadays, it's very difficult to decide at what point of your life you can have a baby. Current mothers have new problems, changes and challenges that they hadn't in previous generations, because of technological leap. Mothers have gone from being present at home all the day and handle all aspects of domestic and school children, to be a figure that has also obligations outside the house and she want to share her responsibilities to her husband. However, I think that being a mother is the best thing that you can live in your life and children give you a happiness that can't be describe with words.

On the one hand, having children is a big responsibility and you have to think hard before taking this important step in your life. A child changes everything, you stop owning your life to give your life to your child. All the money that you earn will be to give to him. You can't go out so much with friends o with your partner because you have to look after your son or daughter. What's more, you will sleep less because babies cry and when they are older and they will go out to a party you can't sleep, too. If you have a smart child, you won't have problems, but if it's the opposite, you will have to struggle to make him a responsibly and studious person.

On the other hand, when you have a child you become a more sensitive person. They give you the motivation to work hard every day and make you a mature and responsibly person. You are happy when you see their first steps, words and usually they make you laugh. You return to the past because you should play with them and be sure that they are well. You have to educate and love them unconditionally because they are the prettiest things that you ever have had.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that although being a mother has a lot of disadvantages, there is nothing better than having a child. The feelings are wonderful and you feel that you always have someone; in this case your child, and he or she is for all your life.
